These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Drapery Cupboard website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
The Drapery Cupboard provides window furnishing products and services including but not limited to: curtains, blinds, shutters, installation, repairs, and cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order. Additional charges may apply for complex installations, access difficulties, or changes to the original scope of work.
4. Orders and Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your order. Payment terms are as specified in your quote. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit card, and cash. Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Installation
Installation dates are provided as estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We require clear access to windows and a safe working environment. Furniture removal is the client's responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
6. Warranty
Our products come with manufacturer warranties as specified. Installation work is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable for custom-made products once production has commenced. For standard products, cancellations within 48 hours of ordering may be eligible for a partial refund. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Drapery Cupboard's liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. All care is taken during installation, but we recommend removing valuable items from the work area.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
